Rating: S as Eto SSS as One Eyed Owl Eto is an executive of Aogiri Tree from the 24th ward. Eto is often seen interacting with fellow Aogiri member Tatara. She is the daughter of Yoshimura, and the half-Ghoul known as the One-Eyed Owl. Her human identity is Sen Takatsuki (高槻 泉), a best-selling horror novelist mentioned throughout the series. Her relation with the One-Eyed King is unclear. However the CCG and Nico speculate that they are the same person.
