His responsibility as the director is maintaining public order via suppression of insurrection, inquiry regarding special/particular criminals, etc., including the Special Crime Investigation Unit featured in _Danganronpa Gaiden: Killer Killer_. He, along with the other Future Foundation Directors, is forced to participate in the Final Killing Game.
