Colonel Kowalski

A Colonel in the Allied Space Force and captain of the heavy cruiser Cordoba, he also serves as the commander of the USF`s 3rd Inspection Unit. Known for his stubborn and inflexible character. He sees Crushers as little more than rogues and relentlessly pursues Joe and his team under the suspicion of piracy, much to Joe's annoyance.
