Muruta Azrael

Genetic type: Natural The fanatical leader of the secret society Blue Cosmos, which seeks to exterminate all Coordinators. Azrael is also the president of a major weapons manufacturing conglomerate and a director of the Defense Industry Association, and as a result he has great influence over the leadership of the Earth Alliance. After he convinces the Alliance to attack the neutral Orb Union, Azrael then accompanies the invasion force to supervise the operation and observe his newest weapons in action.
