Rosa Aphrodia

Aphrodia's the Aldebaron's 25-year-old Commander-in-chief. Lost her parents in a traffic accident at the age of 13; she and her brother Milan were adopted by Gattler afterwards. She became the leader of S-1's Secret Service at the age of 23, and got her current position after the successful coup d'état of S-1. When the Reigan Institute was attacked, as a result of the coup, her brother Milan, who killed Marin's father, was killed by Marin, thus starting their hatred for each other.
