Ryougi Ojiichan

Shiki’s grandfather was the former head of the Ryougi family in Kara no Kyoukai. Grandpa Ryougi lost his sanity due to a conflict with his second personality, ending up confined to a tatami room on the Ryougi compound's premises for twenty years. When his granddaughter Shiki Ryougi was six years old, he called to her while on his deathbed, returning to sanity briefly to give his parting words on his opinion of murder.
