Nationality : Erebonian A senior intelligence officer and the head of the Imperial Army Intelligence Division. He is one of the Ironbloods, a handpicked aide of Chancellor Giliath Osborne. He is specialized in negotiation, usually sent to negotiate with hostile powers against Erebonia far and wide. He is very serious and cold when it comes to his job as an Intelligence Officer, with the tendency to use every option that could turn things in his favor, no matter how unseemly they might be. Outside his work, he is known to be a very slack and carefree person, much to the dismay of his colleague and acquaintance. He acts as Osborne's secretary when not acting as the Head of Intelligence Division. He has a special ability that allows him to intuitively guess random probability correctly without fail. In his word, "I'm just very lucky, that's all" He was the son of the Imperial Officer that issued the order that causes the Hamel Tragedy and by extension, causing the Hundred Days War to happen. Chancellor Giliath Osborne was the man responsible for bringing his father to justice for his heinous act. Lechter had sensed an ominous suspicions when his father told him about the new plan he had concocted to raise their status as a nobility. When Osborne drops by to listen to his story after the execution of his father, Osborne handed Lechter a letter written by his father, recounting the event in what he describes as "a moment of weakness". Feeling guilty for the fact that he had sensed his father's action yet failed to do anything to stop it from happening, he considers himself to be an accomplice to his father's atrocity. Osborne, sensing that there's a potential to be had from Lechter, decided to invite him into the Ironbloods, in which he accepted. From then onwards, Lechter swore an oath that one day, he will best the man known as the Blood and Iron Chancellor.
