Martha Vist Carbine

Cardias' younger sister. She married into the Carbine family which established Anaheim Electronics. Through the Carbine family she has connections with the higher ups of the Earth Federation. Concerning the treatment of the "box" she oppose her father and brother. The attack of Industrial 7 is seen to be in line with her intention.
