Xiaohei

A girl who lives in Nanto Street, Kowloon. She works part-time in various shops including a shoe shop and cinema, and uses the money she earns to buy more frilly and ribbon covered clothes for her collection. She frequently runs into Reiko and Hajime around the city. Later revealed to be biologically male, Xiaohei eventually moves to Hong Kong after Kowloon’s demolition, quits cross-dressing, and undertakes covert work under orders from Miyuki Hebinuma’s father.
