Takeshi Makimura

A member of B Squad in Public Safety Division 5. He is secretly a member of the terrorist group CCC, where he acts under the code name 06. His real position is within Public Safety General Affairs, the 6th Public Safety Investigation Division, Section 11. He infiltrated the CCC as a double agent alongside Ishimaru.
