Runa Yomozuki

She is a member of the Student Council and also a leader of the Election Committee, serving as a referee during election gambling matches. Runa is a sadistic and two-faced person, who seems to be very cute and nice at first but in reality she enjoys watching other people fail and loves to mock them.
